Award-Winning Tourism Video & Interpretive Soundscape

AAIC provided photography, aerial and ground video production, and specialized media for the visitor experience at Newcomer House at Antietam National Battlefield. Working with exhibit designers Ruth Bielobocky and David Guiney of iondesign, AAIC created visual and audio materials used to help bring the history of the region to life, including tourism films and an immersive Civil War soundscape. The work combined modern visual storytelling with historical interpretation to support both the exhibits and the overall visitor experience.

AAIC produced two original films for the Main Street Middletown Welcome Center, combining history, tourism, and visual storytelling to introduce visitors to the town and surrounding region. Working with iondesign, AAIC served as the primary video producer and director, providing filming, aerial and ground cinematography, editing, and studio voiceover production. Produced Tourism Video and Marketing Photography

AAIC provided video production, aerial and ground cinematography, and marketing photography for the National Road Museum in Boonsboro, Maryland, working with iondesign to help tell the story of America’s historic National Road. Filming followed the route through Western Maryland and beyond, capturing landmarks including Wilson's Bridge, the Sideling Hill Cut, Zero Mile Marker in Cumberland, LaVale toll house, the Casselman River Bridge, and the Wheeling Suspension Bridge.

Originally begun in 2018 and expanded with new footage in 2024, the project culminated in the National Road Experience, a visitor experience film produced by AAIC that now plays in the museum’s theater.
